By booking a property with Starfish Vacation Rentals or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due at check-in.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet payment requirements.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We have a 30-day cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

No exceptions will be made outside of this policy.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out details will be provided prior to arrival.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

4. Occupancy & Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Follow all house rules

Not exceed the maximum occupancy

Treat the property with care

The booking guest is responsible for all members of their party.

5. Pets & Service Animals

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties.

Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Emotional support animals must follow the property’s pet policy.

6. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Additional charges may apply for:

Repairs

Missing items

Excessive cleaning

7. Maintenance & Amenities

We strive to keep all amenities in working order. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary outages or issues beyond our control.

Please report any problems promptly so we can address them.

8. Liability

Starfish Vacations is not responsible for:

Accidents, injuries, or illness

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Events outside of our control

Guests assume all risk during their stay.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations for violations of these terms.

Natural Water Hazards - We want you to enjoy the water safely, so please take a moment to review the following:

Our waterfront properties are located in a natural coastal environment. Oysters and other marine life may attach to docks, ladders, and surrounding surfaces.

Oyster shells are extremely sharp and can cause serious cuts

Guests should use caution when in or near the water

Water shoes are strongly recommended

Do not climb on or handle oyster-covered surfaces

Swim at your own risk.

No Lifeguard on Duty

There are no lifeguards at any of our properties.

All water activities, including swimming and fishing, are at your own risk

Children must be supervised at all times

Pool Safety (Where Applicable)

Some properties include access to private or community pools.

Guests agree to the following:

No lifeguard is on duty—use of the pool is at your own risk

Children must be supervised at all times

No diving unless clearly marked as safe for diving

No running, rough play, or glass near the pool area

Follow all posted pool rules

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group while using the pool.
